Custom Processing

Our highly skilled cutters are able to custom cut salmon, sword, tuna and groundfish to your exact specifications. Fish is scaled and boned by hand, then promptly iced and packed in containers of your choice.  Our custom processing ensures that your seafood will arrive direct to your door ready to sell, or to cook and serve.


Food Service & Retail 

Our buyers and logistics staff have long histories in the seafood industry. Our in-depth knowledge and buying power allows us to secure the best possible prices and volume purchases for retail stores and food service organizations.
